We pride ourselves on our thorough compliance process adhering to safeguarding standards to ensure that our candidates are compliant with all local authorities and Vendor Managed Service providers.
Our in-house compliance team work closely with clients and candidates to ensure that safer recruitment is adhered too. Various documents are collated and reviewed in order to carry out background and suitability of employment checks. These include but are not limited to the right to work, proofs of address, identity checks, 5 years of consecutive references, DBS, HCPC checks etc. Also, we carry out face-to-face meetings where original documentation is verified and an interview carried out to ensure suitability for the role.
We proactively carry out internal audits in addition to being externally audited by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) to ensure that our processes and procedures remain robust and of the highest standard. Our audits are reviewed by senior management and systems implemented to enhance our existing compliance offerings to ensure peace of mind for our clients.
